Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or via fertility treatment, in the nearby future or have been trying for some time, whether you have an explained fertility issue or an unexplained fertility issue – we offer time, knowledge, a range of creative self-help tools and beyond for your fertility journey. Our coaching aims to empower our clients to make informed choices.
During our sessions we usually work with a mix of different methods such as coaching and counseling, visualisation, deep relaxation as well as self-help tools. In our holistic approach, we work in close collaboration with Medical Specialists, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and Naturopaths etc. We provide professional guidance during the following phases: During the time a baby is desired, during the first weeks of pregnancy, from the 20th week of pregnancy with birth preparation classes and if someone experiences loss through a miscarriage or stillbirth.
